Kam Thindal - President
Kam Thindal is a co-founder of Hamza Thindal Capital Corp., and serves as the firm's President. Prior to founding Hamza Thindal, Kam spent 5 years as an independent capital markets advisor and investor relations professional for a number of TSX Venture listed companies. Over the course of 5 years he was involved in several financings across multiples sectors.
Prior to that, Kam started his career and spent 5 years at a private manufacturing company in Vancouver, Canada where he helped restructure the company, optimize operations, introduce new products and evolve the company from a family run business to a multi-national brand.
Kam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Dr. Essam Hamza, MD - CEO
Dr.Essam Hamza is a co-founder of Hamza Thindal Capital Corp., and serves as the firm's CEO. In addition he has been a family physician for the past 11 years in British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.
For the past 20 years Dr.Hamza has been involved with Canadian junior companies in various capacities including as a successful investor and director. He has been instrumental in helping several companies raise capital over the past 5 years.
He is a graduate from the University of Alberta with a medical, family medicine and an honours biochemistry degrees.
Kyle Boyko - Associate
Kyle Boyko joined Hamza Thindal as an Investor Relations Associate in April 2012. Kyle brings over 5 years of experience and knowledge as an independent capital markets advisor and investor. Prior to joining Hamza Thindal Kyle was involved with two publicly traded companies in the Oil & Gas sector and was a founding partner of a Vancouver based start-up.
Kyle is a graduate from Douglas College and is currently wrapping up his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University. He played college level baseball for Douglas College and hockey for Simon Fraser University.
